Aluminum wrapped fascia over solid wood, cut clean and fastened so it stays tight through the freeze and thaw.
Soffit
Vented soffit that lets the attic breathe, which is the fix most rot and ice dam problems really need.
Exterior Painting
Scraped, primed and finished trim and siding. The prep work is what makes it last.
